Samantha is certified through ACE Fitness and the Integrative Women’s Health Institute as a preconception through postnatal health coach. She currently lives in Asheville with her husband, toddler, and dog. After a Hypothalamic Amenorrhea diagnosis, and undergoing IVF to have their son, Samantha made drastic changes to her unhealthy relationship with exercise and healthy eating. She now supports other women through the major mindset shifts around food and fitness it takes to get pregnant. Samantha has been featured on Scary Mommy, the Get Pregnant Naturally podcast, Run Lift Mom, and the Beat Infertility Podcast.

Lisa Leger is a Fertility Awareness Educator who teaches the Justisse Method.
Lisa Leger is a Fertility Awareness Educator who teaches the Justisse Method. She is a faculty member at Justisse College International in the Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner program, which is an online teacher training program. She provides private counselling, public education, and professional training in holistic approaches to health and wellness. She works with Naturopathic Physicians and doctors of functional medicine as well as community pharmacists, herbalists, midwives, and allied health professionals to foster a wider acceptance of natural medicine. Lisa is an active member of the Association of Fertility Awareness Professionals (AFAP) and the Society for Menstrual Cycle Research (SMCR), was past chair of her local chapter of Osteoporosis Canada, and hosts community health fairs, forums, clinics, and classes to raise awareness about natural health care.
