During her 16-year practice as a Naturopath Dr. Katherine Dale, ND has focused on uncovering the mysteries of the female body with a focus on fertility and creativity. As a natural medicine doctor, Katherine guides her patients to increased fertility, energy and hormonal balance within their bodies. In order to remain connected to her natural plant medicines (herbs, vitamins and homeopathy) she guides moon meditations and helps her clients connect the cycles of their bodies to the cycles of the earth and moon, empowering them to heal their bodies, spirits and souls.

Originally from Ontario, Canada, Dr. Katherine has been practicing medicine in Hong Kong for nine years.  Over the past 16 years Katherine has treated patients in Toronto, New York, London and Hong Kong. As a Global Naturopath she has learned to adopt her medicine to the needs of the local environment.
